VALENTINE'S DAY 2012 - 01/02/2012

It’s nearly Valentine’s Day again. As always, the team at Flowervision Nottingham will be here to help you through the stressful times.

We have been talking to our Rose Growers to ensure that we will have top-quality fresh roses available. We always buy direct from the growers when possible. Our year-round relationships with our growing partners mean that we will get the best roses they can offer – we won’t be sending out roses that have been sitting in a dark, damp fridge for 3 weeks (yes, some people still do that..!).

Please note the following points:

Saturday 11^th will be the most expensive day for Red Roses. This is simply because everyone wants to get them in on the Saturday morning, to start making up over the weekend, so demand will be highest.
We will be getting more deliveries direct from our growers in Holland on Saturday night and Sunday night. The Red Rose prices for these deliveries will be cheaper than the Friday/Saturday prices. Flowervision Nottingham is open for collection and delivery on Sunday 12th (see below).
Online buying will be available as normal through the Cash & Carry but please be aware that Red Rose availability for buying online will be limited – we can sell out very quickly, so please make sure you have some Red Roses pre-ordered to avoid disappointment. There will be plenty of stock of ‘regular’ flowers over the whole weekend.
